Hello there.. It's really hard for me to keep my body into shape. Cause I slack off and not excersize. Anyway, I need to eat healthy...run, jog, and that tredmill. *whoot*! and then do some different excerizes, like on movies and magazines! I can't wait. Cause I gotta get my belly skinny again, my butt *lol*, my legs, my chin. Does anyone know how to get your chin shaped up and skinny? If so, then what kind of excersize I might have to. I'm confushed, please let me know.

I'm not completely sure... but I bet if you just burn extra body fat the weight around your chin will diminish. So cardio exercises, like running, biking, swimming, etc.
